Subjectively: i don't just wanna drop a star and a half on you like whutziface down there but I didn't care for it very much either.
Objectively: I think the mix is onto something good for the song but is like a train car out of control which i'm not sure is the intended aesthetic. Its pretty well written arranged and recorded.

Great song choice. Warm and windy is a personal favorite of mine. Comin up short on a few bends but nothing too drastically wrong. Nice playing man!

Thanks, yeah paul haha my album has 24 songs and is 56 minutes long (with an 11 minute last track that I'm sure you'll just love!)

I think some of my new songs (that won't be posted for a while) might be slightly (very slightly) more on board with what normal humans want to hear. I'm just figuring things out about songs right now but I'm starting to 'get it' or get comfortable or whatever.

Nah dude it deserves a 1. Its god awful in my opinion hence the rating of 1. I can't justify it any further than that. It's impossible to justify not liking it outside of preference becuase that is what its based on. I am a prick though and I should be more mindful becuase I can tell your a very sensitive guy. Really though, I've gotten a lot more mature in the past couple years but the one thing I haven't gotten over is making fun of this type of music. Its #@&%!ing hilarious to me. I am truly a juvenile in this regard. The frog voice alone is too much for me to bear. LOLOLOL

Yeah, I do know how to do things like record. As a result of my know how I was able to attain this sound for this song. What they taught you about production was all wrong.

i hate to admit it but I dig this. I think with what you are talking about if you make the song strut just a bit harder without going down that 'tough guy' choppy slamming the guitar thing this would drag really heavy (which is a good thing) Maybe a re-write on that one crazy world line, but thats a bit much to ask for haha.

Ravenis, you're the man. As far as autotune, I'm not trying to bash it in general but once you're using it past pitch correction and as an effect it takes away from you're voice and anyone who has autotune can sound like you. I agree its something like a guitar but anyone can get the same guitar and amp and effects and sound the same but you can't just copy someones voice. The voice says your message directly and is well.... the 'voice' of your music. You're like losing you're voice and you kinda get lumped in with all the others. For someone with a somewhat original sound it seems like a conflict of interests, but that's your call to make. There are definitly those who have successfully made an individual sound with it.
