ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

I'd try to get a better balance. The more sparse parts are ok, maybe just the rhodes or electric piano needs to come down--i'd redo the rhodes altogether---pretty sloppy, Also, i can hear edit clicks. and needs a better ending. I like the lyrics melody and your voice though. Could be great if you spent more time crafting it.

Pink Floyd! I'd really like your songs with real drums and some better production. This is my favorite so far, it fits itself better. Piano track is rad. But seriously, the electric drum samples really distract my ears in a bad way

My comments weren't about your vocal performance, I was suggesting that the mix wasn't very clear, mostly in the vocals. I love characteristic voices too and I agree English is the universal pop language, but I love plenty of artists that use their native language, and find it to be very interesting to hear how different languages sound, flow and cadence musically, ( El Guincho, Dungen, Sigur Ros, Bjork, Os Mutantes, etc) From my experience playing with a Swedish artist who sang in English, I found his lyrics to be kind of awkward and amusing--that being said, I also appreciate some of the strange phrases that can come from an artist writing in a language that they aren't fluent in. I just thought it might be interesting to hear a song from you in Dutch.

I feel like the two vocals need more separation imaging wise-- they get in they way of one another, instead of working together they fight for space. In the bridge the lead vocal gets buried by the background there's also some low end swelling in the bigger parts--maybe in general some eq would give it more clarity. I like the piano toward the end, and the instrumentation is nice.

i'd be interested to hear you sing in your native language as opposed to english, may sound more natural.

i don't think the production fits the song. It's pretty 80s sounding. The parts are all cool and are well played, I like the intro loop.

i dig the ambient synth thing, but it's toooooo loud. EQ it or something. Put some bowed guitar in there perhaps? Lots of cool ideas, but it's a mess and nothing really works together. The drums are cool.

almost had me with the intro.....then the synth trumpet happened. I never advocate fake trumpet sounds, not now, not neva. There's some interesting stuff floating around in there. Drums and bass are cool. I respect the cohesion of the soundscape direction. could work for a trippy movie sequence, but it's not very listenable.

demos can be fun, but it isn't hard to make them sound decent, I don't feel like you put much effort into mixing this.
