ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

Nicely done.
Like NYC, it's a nice visit, but, for me, a little frenetic for repeated visits.
Might need a guitar break in there instead of another repeat of the chorus.

A little tame...this kind of thing might be better without the jazzy treatment - needs more a Graham Parker-ish heat treatment.

Killing Me Softly is the intro/melody I start off hearing...
and then sounds a little '80s Kinks.
Kind of constricted - never really peaks.

I think unkle has put his finger on it.

One of the most versatile bands I've ever heard.
Tasteful is timeless.

Is the guitar in tune?
I dunno, a step backwards for you. Just not much there but some of the
eccentric instruments, which aren't enough to prop the tottering song up.

It's pretty enough, but, like cotton candy.

Those words are pretty awful. And there's no vocal melody.
The performance, given those obstacles, is great.

Woody Guthrie would be Tea Party, I think.
I like this artist, this song doesn't do much for me. Political cheap shots aren't really songs.

Music is creative.
No comment on the politics.
(OK, just one: SInce CNN etc. won't be spoonfeeding it to you: Bush W is mostly hated by the Tea Party.

The production is the best thing here. Musically, the song is too close to something you'd hear in kid show on PBS. The know, nothing interesting.

The song isn't as weird as some of the reviews.

Midwest inside humor, I'm sure. As always, what's impressive is the way you guys
stretch your styles. Always original, one from the other.

Probably should point out it's a Dylan cover, that might be why it's familiar.

Really good re-creation of the era.
