RootZero - Emerging from the Heart of central New Jersey, the members of RootZero have decided to break out of the comfort of their suburban garage with their instruments and grab the ears and hearts of music patrons both near and far. With soul baring lyrics and heavy, melodic guitar sounds, Andrene (vocals), Edison(lead guitar), Fredo(rythmn guitar), Victor( bass) and PJ (drums) hope their music and name will be stuck in the heads of anyone who's willing to listen for some time to come.

Id have to argue, they know what their doing. I work in web and graphic design, and to maintain something like this can get frustrating, espically if you didn't know what you were doing.

I'm gonna have to agree a bit. I think there's a certain anti-rock bias on the site. But "don't know what they are doing" ? Remember, they never promised to be non-biased.
But let's be honest, this is a little boring and formula. Almost as bad as my stuff, but not quite.
Even the breakdown is basically the same progression as the rest of the song.

another perfect example of how the people who run this site do not know what they are doing. great song!

I dig it! I think it should be on the 2nd stage myself. Not the best recording, but they get BIG kudos from me on the fact that everyone in the band actually plays an instrument, and it's hard to get that many people together to produce a good recording, STICK WITH IT! I really like this band, one word of advice, whisper backup vocals never usualy go over well. Look forward to hearing more!

BTW, if you guys need a better recording place, i know a great studio that charges 100 a song, and you can take as long as you want on them. It's a good place to get the feel for everyones levels/tones.

i wish i could say something about this song, but it's difficult because it doesn't suck for any obvious reasons - i just don't care for it. so i'll refrain from voting on this mofo.

no problems with this, I'm jealous of anybody w/ real vocal talent, but that's all

the rythm section has that lock, which is good, but it can detract from the singers and the melodies, personally if you went a little more Evanescence- you'd be gold in my book (commercially) but its the 1st submission, I think you'll floor us

Doh! This song was REJECTED--why? I have heard worse that people love. Now granted--I can't understand all the lyrics but they actually have some energy to their style...

I think I have a song with this same progression. I'm not sure why the rejects as opposed to 2nd stage though. These guys aint bad, I mean I probably wouldn't listen.. but I think some more people need to weigh in.
