I hate to be all picky but,

the phrase is "night and day" not "light and day".

as in, "the piano part was like night and day compared to the part before it"

if it were like "light and day", then it would belong.

i think you guys are taking the piano part way too seriously. its suppost to be abrupt, and i dont think its a bad transition. the point is from red to blue, dynamics. its not supposed to be some smooth flowing thing right there, its supposed to drop off and quinten tarintino it up. you eventually come back to the end again.

also the mistakes are many and obvious, this doesn't help. I think the junk inside your brain is not what I'm hearing here

i don't like the vocals or sentiment but the arrangement has at least one noteworthy part, mostly due to dementedness and sudden piano playing.

i like the piano by itself, i guess that's your self-control, and i like the idea, but the way you did it didn't work, for me personally, very highly impressive stuff, enjoyable, but i'm not sure where i sit on this, except that at three minutes now it's not holding my attention anymore... yeah, parts of this i like, parts of this are flat for me, i'm not going to rate, i think it's a matter of personal listening taste that might be getting in the way, but i agree with bratty, i like the piano/guitar around 4:20, that's actually where it gets nice for me. i think i'd cut out the first 4 minutes, or cut out from 2 minutes to 4 minutes, if i was in charge... if you like it as is, ignore me.

pat recorded this, but the mix / master is my doing

at first i thought it was "sans melody" but it didn't take me long to be able to sing along with it. he also does alot of maynard esque stuff with his voice

he also kinda sings like the guy from jethro tull

i for one am a fan of the piano thing... very rarely nowadays do artists #@&%! with the listeners like that. It does remind me alot of a NIN thing but the classic rock #@&%! that happens afterwords redeems it

and i NEVER give four stars

Nova - yeah- some people dig the contast to the piano part, its really light and day from the part before it, but i can see where it would not strike well with people too.

Sing- i dont know if youre being sarcastic or not haha. Its six minutes long because it is, i didnt stretch it to be 'long' or anything.

leathermouse- thats the coolest thing i've ever heard, haha thanks

I don't know, something is just too bargain about this...

Kinda seems like bargain Soundgarden (Fell on bad days) but with less cool singing...

Some of those strange timing things are cool, I also don't like the out of character piano in the middle...

No rating, this has stuff, I just don't like it...
