Animal Tropical - Fusing the wry and witty songcraft perfected by Steely Dan with tropicalia, rock, Animal Tropical's sound is super-danceable and, for all its quirkiness, goes over big with booty shakers of all colors, creed, and class.

this song is #@&%!ing great, it would be better if you grew a sack and stop being ironic about it by being too over the top. This song could be one of the best on redfizz.

I think the ROMAN GOD of DRUMMING is on this track. Great track, too bad its an mp3 and not a 12 inch platter. has a groove that brings you all the way down and then bounces you back on up, like a SEXMACHINE. philosphy is not ironical, lyrically existentialist and perfect. keep up the good work.

a whacky, ambitious romp, very well done. Yeah, there's a problem with the bass -- not only is it thin, but I think it's a little out of tune. Still this is very entertaining!

This sounds very similar to this really incredible song called high effect by DHS. Still, it's well done and I like DHS, so Bravo! Those drums and everything else are awesome.

yes, a little less nutty with a little less going on, that's a good way to put it... it has a bit too much unhindered abandon, to the point where it sometimes seems too intentionally unhindered... but it's a fantastic song with great roots

yes, this is really good. Lots of great parts. Maybe, just maybe, a little too much going on; I think I'd like it more if it were a little less nutty with a little less going on. Really good though, as is too.

One of the best things about this band is they play with unhindered abandon. This is a cool song with a whole lot going on in it. The recording lacks a proper low end and this diminishes its power a bit. The stacked falsetto vocals are spendid. I can't help but wonder how this would sound if covered by EC and the Attractions.

i dig this. . .like a '70's soul revival mixed with a funky southern rock jam. good work. sounds tight and together.

I like this. Very retro feel, exciting vocals and a little different. Keep it up.
