ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

The Penguin Disagrees - The Penguin Disagrees is a band from Oxford, England. It was initially set up to confuse people at open-mike nights, but has since developed its musical scope and willingness to try new things while remaining true to its roots: We write songs, the penguin disagrees; we add a cheeky latin beat or a flute solo, the penguin is placated.

It does have a middle period Floyd sound. I really want o hook up and have a pint or two with you folks one day, and maybe a bowl of cereal. Your sense of humor is wonderful and you combine it well with your music.

Before the vocals came in, this reminded me somewhat of Meddle-era Pink Floyd. The melody/harmonies sound nice at first, but I wish you could've kept that tastefulness the whole way through. It's good, overall.

Afflicted by that moral complaint Chateaubriand calls "undirected emotionalism", a young man falls asleep at the breakfast table and dreams of the cereals he knew as a child.
