Dvärghämster - Dvärghämster is a quartet studying at the Conservatory of Rhythmic Music in Kristiansand, Norway. Their artistic ambition is to combine strong arrangements with loose and vital improvisation. With the energy from rock, with a mixture of both acoustic and electronic devices, the band tries to expand their sound beyond conventional jazz idioms.

I'm guessing it means "applesauce?" "apple core?" Kindof a Zappaesque theme.

the best part for me was the backwards fade in at 6:46, and then what followed from that... if you cut everything before that and just submitted that last minute as your tune, you would have hooked me and intrigued me, but it took too long to be satisfied... i guess that's my best shot at constructive criticism.

it's already feeling repetitive by 1:20... and you start to lose me... the playing is great, i really enjoy the quality of your performance and your sound. as that goes, this is really good, but i agree with firth about tediousness... it's not pulling me in and carrying me along. i gotta work to listen.

maybe i can't relate to this cause i don't have a nicotine buzz? but, you're getting lots of love here, so it's probably just my personal taste getting in the way.

fine job.

how the Hell did I miss this, in the battles? That bass will shake your stool loose, if you play it too loud.......oops, better turn it down now.

Swedish, right?

Dvarg is dwarf? Dwarf hamster? Epleskrukk means ....?

Nice tight playing, but gets a bit tedious after a while.
