i can't place it unkle, if i remember, i'll put a name to the uterus... might just be someone i've heard on the radio but don't follow well enough to know her name.

I need to research Patti Smith a little, I love what I've heard. Certainly a great contributor to today's musical spectrum - thanks Bratty.

thanks Wordy - you mentioned the Motels and Terri Nun Earlier, and they may be before our singer's time, but I'm going to mention them to her. I'm sure the Stefrani is a little intentional. Ah and there's a few foibles in the words. I didn't catch some til I was mixing it down.

I like the vulnerability in the vocals here...Singer reminds me a tad of The Motels' singer, Martha Something, and a bit like Gwen Steffani...but has her own style. I like the over-all feel of the song, the lyrics are pretty good but some parts are hard to make out clearly, though...I like the build-up, the "I'm good to go, but I'm broken..." and "I find my own self-destruction..." And me, I can take mine acoustic or electric; I swing both ways ...haha. Over-all, a nice entertaining listen, something I can relate to--(having a uterus and all....)

nice, which famous uterus laden person is that? I'm curious. The singer definitely reminds me of a lot of people that she listened to in the car, or on CDs, etc etc. Darned if I know. I wanted to do a full version before submitting but as usual I'm too lazy to complete a song, and was too eager after hearing this. Darned the fulltime work I have to do.

i like this... singer reminds me of someone famous who also has a uterus... this is a good tune, can hear this on the radio, of course all shined up, but it has that familiar radio appeal.

lachrymal, didn't you use that line on someone else?

kind of cool, but I'm sorry, if it isn't played by Jim Croce or Nick Drake then an acoustic just does not hold my attention.
