ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

Only just slightly lacking that extra bit of personality that pushes a song to the top of my interests (like The Thrills or The Sleepy Jackson). Liked the sax part. Could be a B-side from a really good band. Pic does look like Christopher Walken (ghost a Walkin?), or would that be Bruce Dickenson? Or maybe Sandy Pearlman. It gets all so confusing. Less than a mega-hit. Still great song. Reallly liked the intro.

The pic reminded me of Jim Carroll, the voice, slightly Mark Knopfler meets Tom Waits--Nice poppy Americana vibe and deeper-than-the-norm, introspective lyrics. Nice "horns." Very beautifully done. Great vocals, both in foreground and backing...Brilliant production, enjoyable listen all-around!

It's pleasant, reminds me of a bunch of stuff. Some World Party influence?

A lot of effort has clearly been put into this - which is why it's a bit of a shame that I have to say I think it's a pretty average song.

Nicely done, though.

good song by all means. Picture looks a little like a younger christopher walkin rockin out.

Hey now. get down with the get down.

Looks and sounds like you're havin fun, keep it up!

I don't reckon i'd ever shimmy my way down to the record store to pick up this little gem, as it's nothing i would ever activley hunt out. It is done well. Kudos, take your stars. you've earned them christopher.

And remember, more cowbell.

really enjoyed the sounds on this (with the exception of the horn) and the strumy vibe created by the acoustic and the piano. youre voice is really nice too. i think the verse is the strongest part of this; i wish the bridge/chorus sections rose to the promise of the verse. those parts are pretty good, just not a s good. like the repetition of the "ghost" part, on second listen, mabye it's growing on me. really nice song overall.

great tune, the vibe is really great, it's present and nostalgic at the same time, class act.
