ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

I, Matt Ricci, would like to clarify that I in no way asked, (or indeed wanted), the previous kid to jump out with such a biased, over-positive review. I'm here for honest feedback, not undeserved praise. Promise.

Catchy tune. Just heard this the other day on KGRG. If you can stream this station - do. Up there with any college station. I hope you're getting some more air time and would buy this tune if you get it out. First time to Red Fizz and this song got me hear (here) via a search.

that's funny, it kinda balances my nasty remark, guess I was in a bad mood. I don't mean to dismiss any merits to the song? anyway- good job, and I won't hold any praise against you.

music is good, I could do without these vocals and lyrics.

Hey, no need to apologize for having fans--unless he starts lambasting all the regulars for no reason other than to prove that he's got the superior intellect and that we're all a bunch of idiots who canlt figure out when our underpants need a washin'...(we already know that! heehee)

Not bad. I felt like this song has been played in the wrong genre - could be a punk-rock hit with the appropriate instrumentation. Good fun.

I'm really over it

Really distorted background vocal chants. Overly happy tone makes me feel sort of nauseous. Still more interesting than the competition.

made me smile, the delivery of the fast spoken vocal part has to be clearer, i couldn't follow all the words, but that's a performance issue to work out later, the chorus is very catch, i like the background vocals, left to right channel tricks, and other subtleties of the recording... it's a good tune, somehow i want the overall performance of it to be a bit lighter, but that's my taste, and i'm not sure how to communicate it, delicate, perhaps, so it's not so overpowering... it reminds me of a classic barenaked ladies song that would have been a crowd favorite, if not a catchy single, not that i was a fan, but my wife is, so i've been exposed.
