Whisper Scream (take 3)
boygenuis: After listening to this on repeat a bunch, I think I can find a place for this in my collection.

ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

ed209 - Solo hobbiest. I write, play, and sing everything on my recordings, so there's no one to blame but me. Some say I'm a crusty old dude. They're probably right.

I've changed the picture, blasto, per your comment. Thanks to all for the constructive criticism. I'm taking it to heart.

dig the bass coming in... vocals sound too nice i think, but the ideas are good. the second verse repeating the first, soundwise, made the song drag a bit cause it's such a slow tempo'd tune, that it drags a bit when things start sounding all the same... playing, etc., is all good.

Kind of solo Roger Waters, or something... maybe not. There's a decent sense of melody there, but I don't think I like the song itself all that much.

Fun. Can I suggest changing your picture? it is not representative of what you are showing us musically.

Good home recording. I feel a close connection!
What can I say, you've heard it all
Just yesterday I heard a call
The beach's waves are all I heard
The lonely cry of a distant bird

Tell me that you have seen it all
You'll see you're headed for a fall
The rocks and trees have told me more
You'll see when you step through the door

You've been there many times before
Memories are the only things you store
Be alone sometimes you'll find it helps
You've got to stop escaping from yourself
