Thanks for the feedback guys. Some good points, and interesting/post modern comments.

Hey DonnieDarko, I agree with you completely, and I should have added (rough demo) to the end of the title of this one, because that's what it is.

I'm looking to emphasize the difference between the sections of the song.. the verse ("heading down to the edge of the town") will be more folksy, the chorus ("I don't know where I'm going") is more rocky, while I'm hearing a bit of a regae feel to the bridge ("and everything we say, is just a drink away, it's just to entertain").

This is kinda like something from 70's radio, except more experimental- too many starts and stops/too many chords/ too parts aren't sure where they're going...disorienting music to fit the lyrics? Maybe there's a few songs squished together here. ("Must have been something you said.." haha)

another good offering from a fizz favorite. vocals and harmonies great as usual.

one negative side effect of this site is that it makes me wonder if every song conceivable has not only been conceived, but also recorded hundreds of times over...

love those harmonies... not as immediately catchy as some of your other stuff, but a cool tune and promising demo...

some obvious talents here but they aren't coming through in the recording. the chorus is just a notch away from being spot on, but off enough that its beauty didn't strike me until the second listen. shut that acoustic gtr the #@&%! up and let that countermelody shine through... acoustic is too loud all around...Reconsider half-time strumming pattern perhaps.... Overall...this really would sound killin with a band... and if this just a duo or whateever...then methinks you should rethink the acoustic part, and notch it down volumewise. I would feature this in a sec with the right tweaks
really like the dying in your arms at the end
