ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

I like it when a simple recording proves that massive production is not prerequisite to great art. This is a nice tone poem full of lyrical imagery. Nice song, nicely done. Had to laugh at the chair squeak at the end, though.

Melodic...I like stuff like this. Good job. Very nice chord transitions
Til the clouds turned to limes
I was happy to say
"This world sure is fine
Since I cant feel the rain"

You said Is numb
So I prayed all I could pray
Which isnt that much
Since the clouds blocked my way

Your shoes were found in the drain
Full of citrusy mud, full of rain

Licorice rings
And blackberry bouqets
Skies sometimes bring
Streams to steal them away

Everyone says
That spring rain never hurts
Unless your skins made of snow
Or youve got eyes made of dirt

Your brown shoes were found in the drain
Full of citrusy mud, full of rain
