There are maybe 5 or 10 songs that have really, really blown me away on this site, and this is one of them. Absolutely perfect.

Very lovely tune; the harmony vocals in the last verse are a nice touch.

Okay then. I think we can all admit we are in love with this one, It's not often around here that we all are taken by, and shaken to our very core by a song as pure and powerful as this one. I gotta admit-I love the photo too...It's cool. You can come play around Williamsburg, Va, anytime. I'll crawl over tacks and broken glass...(I'd buy the cd anyway...)

I find myself torn between which element of your music I embrace the most: the random noises in the background or the sporadically delicious background vocals. The authenticity of these recordings are your strongest play, and while it's not as abrupt as "im on fire," you left something behind with the ending here...not sure what but I feel there could be a better closing statement. All the same, this is nice to wake up to.

Certainly an awesome tune. A benchmark of how feeling should be expressed in the Art. Nonetheless, I know we all sit down and do a dirty take once in awhile, that is what this really sounds like. The background hiss takes away from how great this music is.

Great guitar work, great vocals, great lyrical content...

Delicate. The recording quality is too noisy or else this would be a feature. I love the bare-bones approach. 2nd Stage for me. The vocal harmonies are also very nice.

I admit that I worship at the alter of Tom Waits. This has pops and noise that remind me of vinyl. On purpose? Tom would dig it. And so do I.
