ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

Ante Meridiem - We grew up in Easton MD, where there was nothing to do on the weekends but play music with our friends. Now we live in Cincinnati OH while I (Shea) finish school. We get bored/distracted very easily, so our sound shifts with what we are into at the moment of conception. Some days we like to sit around outside and sing coombayah with our acoustic guitars, sometimes we freak out on synthesizers and ableton live.

This is the least worked out song I've heard from you. The first part is okay, sounds nice with the tremolo guitar. The middle part doesn't work for me.

Very charming:) The country style harmonies and the acoustic guitars are campfire-side material. You loose me (and I think, your momentum?) a bit in the bridge though, and the whole thing could be tighter rhythmically.

First part needs a saw and a jug.
The slow-down transition is a little awkward...but a very attempt at something fresh.

You're on your way.

Electric guitar sounds great. Vocals remind me too much of the Decemberists, or something, and I can't stand that guy's voice. These vocals are a little better than that, though, and it can't hide that this is a good song- well produced and well played.

Still very Long Winters, Avett Brothers, BNL, and yeah, the decemberists. But very good anyway. I'll feature this one, cuz I like your influences. and you do have a personal touch to the sound. the climax is well-achieved.
