dude, you weren't coming off as a dick at all, i really appreciate those sorts of comments, which is really why i only addressed you. I didn't mean to sound so defensive, but i have to admit, i really didn't put a whole lot of forethought into this one, just made decisions and went on with the mix.

i didnt mean to come off like a dick with my comment, and like i said this is sorta out of my territory musically. i just think too many comments on this site (myself included) are in the "reminds me of X" vein, or the "i like/dont like it" vein, and not enough actually try to give the artists some useful feedback. which is what i was going for.

no, i hear what you are saying, conquistador, but the sounds came out the way I decided to make them, i mean, the possibilities are endless when you work with this sort of #@&%!, so there could be some parallel versions of this that start out with a more dubstep beat, in half time, and build up to a more frenetic tone.

Got that Ablelton Live hyper glitch feel in triple spades. Makes me feel like I am having heart palpitations, but music that moves you is a cool thing. Second Stage worthy.

I dig it,like totally...hah,scuse my Valley Girlism but I do!
This would sit perfectly at one of the local(huge)dance parties they have here by the name of Phat..busy D&B with a nice melodic sensibility running thru its core.

if i had any advice it would be that that is one damn busy beat with not much else going on until about 1:45. maybe you could start with a less frantic beat and then once the sounds start to get layered in you come in with the big beat. but i dont make this type of music so take that advice with a grain of salt

I'm playing this on my Genelec Monitors. It sounds fantastic. I totally dig these rhythms and sounds. Reminds me of Squarepusher, and other hyperactive jazz dance acts. Great job
