ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

Angel Miles - Angel Miles was formed in Nashville, Tn in early 2009 The band is led by singer Justin Kimball originally from Minneapolis, MN and was mentored by Prince's New Power Generation and Revolution members. On Drums is Matt Hall who is a graduate of Boston's Berklee College Of Music and originally hails from Pittsburgh, PA. The band has been aggressively playing and recording ever since they met. With almost 15,000 fans and an average of 2,000 plus plays a day, and over 1.5 million plays total - their Myspace numbers don't lie and are only the rise. They've managed to grab the attention of famous producers and writers such as Jodi Marr, Richie Supa, and Brett James. I agree with Ruud's comments. That intro is cool, but it all seems too safe and careful. It has a hook, and all of the parts work with eachother.

The opening verse seems alright but that chorus turns me off, honestly. It's so generic. This seems songwriting by numbers to me. You gotta forget all that you've learned at music school and find your own way to grow creatively. But maybe you're just going for that commercial success, and the vocal skills are good, although a little too mannered.

yes, this is very well done, funky, and catchy. But it is kinda derivitive of various other acts, formulaic, and by the book. i like it, but it doesn't necessarily make me want to hear it live, or buy an album, etc.

Obviously a professional production, it's a pity the songwriting isn't that adventurous. The chorus wears off really fast. It seems that you want to please a certain crowd, but the result is real thin IMO. You have a sound that deserves much better songs.

I like your voice, alot. Your higher pitches sound super clear. Glad to see you guys are doing more honest stuff. You're a solid outfit. F

Good vocals, very good mix. I wish I could hear a bit more Bass but it's a nice song.

more like dongs of reality. I mean your really good, i'm just getting really tired of your music. it doesn't suck but i dont like it. I could because your very good, but some people just don't want to hear such nice music packages. You've got a very very good voice. you should go on tour with uncle cracker or something
