A great song is one you cannot get out of your head after hearing it only once. Been humming this tune all day! Agree with the comment on adding more keyboard/piano.

I take back the "young" comment...come to think of it many of the greats peaked in their early '20s or younger.

Pretty amazing that a band this new and young can pull off something this classic, nuanced, tight and well-played, derivative or not.

Lyrics are a little trite, but the sentiment is there. Turn up the piano. I like everything else. Yeah, Wilco-ish. Maybe try experimenting with the tempo, just to see what happens.

Very well played, sung, produced with a great sense for atmosphere. Also very Wilco like 'Being There' period, which is not a bad thing for me, just makes it sound familiar.

I see on your myspace you guys like the Stones, Beatles, The Band and Wilco.
Proud tradition and you've doing it well.

voice is stellar, it's all about being slightly gritty. how many people in the band? you got a lot going on and yet still manage to keep it together. props

Song is good, though not original sounding, but the skills on display are impressive, particularly for a demo.
I can feature this, just for the craftsmanship.
