ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

right on, very cool tune. my second listen and i was just about to type "the verse is stronger than the chorus" but on the last chorus repeat i've decided i disagreed with myself. still the verse hooks are extra barbed and strong as hell, but the verse is great too. freaking awesome tune.

I saw Dinosaur Jr. once and was so disappointed. I think they were on acid or something. I left before my hearing was completely destroyed. But I really do like me some Frank Black. The vocals compare somewhat, but the song is right there. Works for me big time. The difference between this and that mostly comes down to the small (sorry), crappy sounding drums. Frank might have gone with a more simplistic approach and left out the synth sounds, but hey, you ain't gotta be Frank. I got no problem with this having its feature day. The song, the vocals, and the guitars rule supreme. NIce. I like the chorus.

Compelling beginnings. Nice texture. Ball dropped at chorus. Suggest finding another.

hey, I don't know if this is "relevant" but I checked out your site a while back and found the http://www.nowhereband.org/ comic. I am a regular reader and huge fan. I love it! It's painfully funny- great site design, and really this band is about all you could want in a band. Well done kids

I like this a lot. All below comments hit the mark with the Love will tear us apart/JMascis/Frank Black comparisons. I do think the chorus is a bit weak but a real nice sound other wise. You've caught my attention.

sweet, reminds me of rhett miller. I wouldve enjoyed a solo somewhere to break it up a bit towards the end. Totally radio ready, and sounds like an established rock band. great guitar and cool keys on the chorus. What are those effects in the background?

I gotta say: that voice is killer, but it's so Frank Black/Jay Mascis ish that it's hard not to think about those guys or that style. The music is exceptional though. You're a good mature rock band.

oh good, a band i like is back. this sounds like the more hopeful cousin of Love Will Tear Us Apart. Especially with that organ following the vocal melody on the chorus. good though
