well I guess .. if you're still playing over the age of 30 and have any hearing. Aren't we going to euthanize people after 35? Go Obamacare

I love Albert King, one of my biggest influences on guitar (no pun intended) and this cover is awesome bro, your vocalist even has some of Albert's vocal mannerisms in there...mean! Even 'unfinished' it shines, and yeah it's great to hear some nice refined playing.
Top notch mate, looking forward to hearing the whole thing when done.

well 3 years later, and you're still here
5 stars for that

the iammetal comments are mine as well

not a bad summary, and not a bad bit of comments, and certainly nicer feedback than the flame wars of yesteryear...

thanks for all the entertainment and keep up the quality works

Welcome back to the front-end dude! Damn fine guitar work (of course)
Is nice to have some articulate playing back in here...if this is unfinished then the finished product is going to blow my socks off.
Nice to have you back brother, keep those frets burning.

jammy jammy jams. Two problems. 1 the lyrics. 2. the mix isn't live enough. The performances are absolutely awesome/authentic. The vocal sound is right on. This dudes got one hell of a voice I fell like you could've gotten a better recording with 4 mics in a room though. I know this is the rough mix so I don't want to be too hard on you or seem like I'm coming off as not seeing all the positive aspects here. I really hope that you get that live blues feel in the end. Dude, your a nutty guitarist alright...

Jammy gets the best and the funniest and the worst feedback ever
even coolfog chimes in when it comes to jams

listen to the COUGH production from the 80s: it consisted of a casio or boss drum machine and a couple di guitars with vocals on a sure in a closet, or else a stereo mic from the back of a club- and it was equally valid

it's all subjective, and great in this case: Moschetti: don't go all 4 mics on me man

Albert says, "I hear you playing my #@&%!, boy." The singer really does sound like Albert. Go back and listen to the original. I think there are too many notes here. If you guys get around to adding in the cool horn parts from the original, I doubt there will be enough room. Jams got the chops and licks, and many are borrowed right from King. I just think he can do better, by laying back in the groove a bit more and shredding less. I look forward to some more sauce on the mix. Its still very sterile now. I wonder if they'll put that slow phase on the guitar that Albert favored. This is one of my all time favorite blues songs. I appreciate the fact that it was chosen for this cover.
(Holy Shit A Genre List!)

This is the blues. Mr. Andrew Black on vocals, Roy "Pappy" Hinds on bass, Fred Meltzer on drums. And the man on guitar - Screamin' Michael Jamsmith.

This is a quick mix using an alternate guitar track than the intended one. Look for the final version of the tune on Jamsmith's solo debut "Rock The House" out on CD Spring 2010.

(So why upload a track in the middle of productions. Those guys in the Forum made me do it!)
