ghengus23: great down dirty country rock feelin' from the start. Reminds me of social distortion. Not sure if...

Thank you RF and thanks to Mr. Bratty for the bass part. I could not have come up with anything so engaging. I never thought this would be more than an exercise. Hope to submit a new recording sometime soon.

Definitely a better mix than before. Of course it would sound better if recorded without going through the PA and with a human drummer. From your other posts you mentioned using your laptop microphone - would you consider getting a good condenser microphone and preamp? I think you'd be pleased with the improvement in sound quality that you'd get. You're obviously quite a capable singer/songwriter/guitar player. The recording quality is holding you back more than anything right now.

Clapton remixed... what's up with this song? You go to some extreme places don't you. I think this shows the humorous side to your stuff. Cool

I think this needs a better production for me to enjoy. The vocals sound unnatural and a little uncomfortable. It sounds like a draft that is not yet ready for the world

This is neat. This is going to be rich, coming from me, but why put the effect on the vox? Especially with the weird guitar sound, it's too much for the vox to be like that too.

Bass by Mr. Bratty (thanks) and I have resubmitted the song with some changes to the mix thanks to some suggestions by Ministerofenvy, (also thanks).
