yes Babar you hit it on the head. My quick impression of Philip Glass. I recently submitted it as possible theme music for a local radio show.
This is actually all midi, I wrote the parts out and just assigned them to instrument sounds. The only tune I've ever recorded that way.

Part one followed by Part two etc without much thematic development. Minimalism can be more interesting with real players doing those repetitive passages.

Nice to see you back Wayne. If Phillip Glass had a rock band.

welcome back!
puts me in a mind of soundtracks to the older style puzzle style video games, something like this was always playing, this would work a treat.

Would make a great, short repetitive loop for your background gaming requirements

So close too a kick ass electronic song. You just need to practice producing more and listen to what the pros are doing. It's missing something, like a big fat kick drum, four on the floor. Make it a club dance track. Like orbital or deadmau5. You've got the skill to arrange and compose, fly with it.

needs more keyboard. . .
seriously though, good #@&%!in tune. well composed and realized. a little sleepy, but there isn't anything wrong with that. are the drums recorded/sampled live? if so you captured them well. sounds like a montage song.
a quick impression of Philip Glass

could make some kind of soundtrack or theme music or something

pretty much all midi -- yuck!
