I am not insulted, but sing is correct. Sort of. Piano was my first instrument. I took lessons at an early age, but rebelled after a few years. I had nothing against the instrument, it was just something I had to do. But I can not deny my love, so I have continued to play on occasion. I have owned my own piano since high school. On guitar, I can read charts and tab if I have to, but it is way easier by ear. Because I have not put the effort in, I mostly can only play keys with sheet music in front of me. And I can't play that music by memory. So what I have been into since I got too lazy to do sQuealing eeLs, is improv on the keys. I do a short improv and then improv against that a few times. It really is hit and miss. I personally thought this one was kind of good. Not as horrid as others, but then not as triumphant as some. When I do something I like, I realize it later after listening. I can't tell when I am doing them. So they are like happy little accidents. I feel kind of divorced from them because I am not quite sure how they happened. And I think that makes it easier to enjoy my own stuff. This is one style I can see myself pursuing for a while. I have been more prolific than usual. I am not trying to create a product. Or even art. I'm just doing what makes me happy. And I throw it out here, and if it makes someone else happy then thats kind of neat.

ehhhhhh... this is not intended as an insult.. but it really does kind of sound like something you'd do just messing with a synthesizer for the first time.

Not something we see much of here....a tone poem. Wish it went on longer.

Kind of cool, but its a little on the lean side composition-wise.

It does go on longer. This is part four. Three more to come. You will hear them backwards because I want them to show up on my band page in the correct order. It will be interesting to see If I should have stopped here, never started at all, or if the whole thing is a success. Personally, I like it or I wouldn't have posted it. I wonder sometimes if people wonder if I can actually play any instruments. I don't care. Coltrane was allowed to search. I just feel the need to break down all walls of preconception and the only way I can do that is to deconstruct music to its primitive or intuitive state. If you don't like it, I can totally get that.

i dig it. the tones work well, however odd the combo. it's disquietingly peaceful in its frenziness.
Part 4 of The Fall Series.
